grab miniupnpd-20090820.tar.gz and finish the work !

Here is the list of what's missing:

in ipfw/ipfwrdr.c:
- implement function add_filter_rule2;
- implement function delete_filter_rule;

in ipfw/ipfw_display.sh:
in ipfw/ipfw_flush.sh:
in ifpw/ipfw_init.sh:
in ipfw/ipfw_removeall.sh:
- implement the firewall rules having in mind ipfw doesn't support rule grouping like netfilter do;

in Makefile.macosx:
- review and test the install rule;
