Hi,

I have just installed miniupnc and miniupnpd from source on my CentOS 5 router. The installation went fine, the daemon is up and running, my Windows Vista box can even see it as UPNP capable. I can also add port forwarding rules on my NATted boxes.
However port forwarding does not seem to work for some reason. Eg I can use Direct Connect only in passive mode (its ports are registered and forwarded in theory). Can you please help my with iptraf? Alas, I'm not an expert in troubleshooting it...

Thanks
Previ

You can use the script iptables_display.sh included in source distribution of miniupnpd to display and see what is going on. For some reason, rules may not be taken into account...
