Current miniupnpd Makefiles are painful: they often don't work without help.
The idea is to replace genconfig.sh and Makefiles by the GNU autoconf
(i.e., a configure.ac file & co).
If this is already available please say where, if not I'll ask an engineer
to do it (and I'll send it back to the miniupnp team.)

nobody has made autoconf for miniupnpd yet.
