hI
i am working on beaglebone and i want to cross-compile miniupnpd-1.6.20120121 and iptable-1.4.11 for my target is its possible to compile and what way to do this?

its possible to compile without iptable on my target? my host system have iptable installed on it.
and which flag i needed for cross-compilation give me the idea?

I dont know much about cross compilation, using the cross compiler should do it.
About iptables, you dont need to compile it again if you have the libiptc/libip4tc of your target system so you can link miniupnpd against it.
