I am using upnpc to open ports for cctv applications on a raspberry pi.

The raspberry pi shows the two upnp entries in "upnpc -L" command. However we discover that after some time, it will fail to work. and the entries also disappears without us removing it.

From what i understand about the ttl and keepalive, it is happening between the client and the router (IGD) itself. I have kept the default settings and didnt change any. Is my understanding wrong?

Anyone encounters such scenarios before?

What is your router ?

Maybe the Port Mappings entries have a lifetime and are removed when that lifetime is passed.
