I am using miniupnp client on ARM platform (BeagleBone). I was able to successfully register the TCP ports with router using,
ex - ./a.out -a 192.168.1.xx 9090 9090 TCP

like this i registered 10 ports and i can access them remotely using public ip. Now my requirement is that i want to unregister some ports(from those 10 which i registered ).
How can i do this without restarting my system?

please try to run without argument to display usage.
./upnpc-static [options] -a ip port external_port protocol [duration]
Add port redirection
./upnpc-static [options] -d external_port protocol [port2 protocol2] [...]
Delete port redirection
./upnpc-static [options] -l
List redirections

It is very unlikely that there is 10 different redirection using the same external TCP port
