Hi Thomas,
I was pondering if it would be possible or advisable to build one version of the miniupnpd daemon that could handle both IGD v1 and IGD v2, with the mode being a run-time (command line and config file) option. I'm sure you have your reasons for going the compile time route and was wondering if you could elaborate? There might be reasons I haven't thought of for not having the IGD version be run-time switchable (e.g. larger binary size and memory use due to having code for both versions compiled, etc.). Thanks for any 411! |

well miniupnpd code is made this way, just have a look at upnpdescgen.c
there would be no reason to compile with only IGDv1 if Microsoft XBox one weren't so buggy... _________________ Main miniUPnP author.
