I have miniupnpd installed on a server that have pptpd and OpenVPN running on it. When I connect via OpenVPN everything is fine but nothing happen when I connect via pptpd.
Are there any limitation or miniupnpd just cannot handle pptpd clients?

The question would be "does pptpd handle multicast ?"

anyway I dont understand how miniupnpd is usefull in your setup for pptpd clients...

It's a VPN server I use.
Should I understand that it is or not possible to run miniupnpd on pptp clients?

some of it but not what is interesting you I'm afraid.
The easier for you could be to retreive miniupnpd sources from april/may 2011 and apply the patches.
