I looked through the source and can see the problem. Command line arguments do indeed override the config file, which is good. However, miniupnpdctl will only report the settings as defined in the config file.

Therefore, if you override a config setting via the command line, miniupnpdctl will report incorrect information (or none at all). This is purely cosmetic and the correct settings are being used. No big deal but you may want to fix at a future point to avoid confusion.
